Visiting our website is the first step in getting the support you are looking for.

If you do decide to get in touch we will be able to arrange an initial appointment to meet, where we will take a few details and talk about what motivated you to contact us. It is important to have this meeting before any therapeutic work commences so you can experience our therapy setting and to make sure it feels right for you and the therapist. Therapy is collaborative – it works best when both parties feel comfortable and safe.  

After this session, which will last 30 minutes, we can either book in a first therapy session or you can take some time to have a think and get back to us.
